try picking up some anime how to draw books they help a lot

Funny thing is I have. I have two how to draw anime books and a how to draw manga and I have a book on perspective. Then of course I have checked out every anime book I could get my hands on in the libaries (ignore the spelling mistakes please, bad speller). I scaned the pages that I found useful. They have helped me out but I think what it comes down to is the fact that I need to pratice some more. I know there is a long long list of what I can improve on from background to clothing and probably everything in between.
Oh well, I'll just have to kick my own ass to get back at drawing! (Maybe after finals.

you gotta keep refrencing the hoe to draw books more they will help far more than any manga i think
